If a group goes 18 months without proposing a game, we email the address on file. The board is archived six months after that email, then deleted six months after it's archived, unless someone proposes a game in the meantime.
We'll give the board's owner 90 days' notice by email, along with a download of the board's data, before anything is shut down.
We won't sell or share any data with anyone. We won't add advertising to a board.
